This report can be accessed by going to Reports > Custom > BGCA 2014 Annual Report.
If you are new to the Boys & Girls Clubs or need a simple refresher, our Client Support team will provide free weekly online training sessions to demonstrate the steps for generating the Annual Report. Please access the calendar on the nFocus Solutions’ product training page to see the full schedule and to register for training.

Browser Requirements
In an effort to improve the speed and reliability of TraxSolutions, we have changed the minimum browser requirements from Internet Explorer 7 to Internet Explorer 8. Please note that any use of Internet Explorer 7 will result in limited access to many features of TraxSolutions.
We recommend upgrading to Internet Explorer 8 if your operating system is Windows XP and upgrading to Internet Explorer 9 if your operating system is Windows Vista or 7.
You will see a message asking you to upgrade your browser if you are using Internet Explorer 7. You will also see a message asking you to turn off Compatibility Mode if you are using Internet Explorer 8 or 9.
To start the Internet Explorer upgrade process, click on the link below that corresponds to your computer and follow the instructions on the Microsoft website.

If you need assistance upgrading Internet Explorer, then please contact nFocus Client Support at 866-954-9557 or support@nfocus.com.

Report Center is now available for all TraxSolutions users
nFocus Software is pleased to introduce our newest feature: TraxSolutions Report Center. Following its successful beta deployment, the Report Center represents a new technology platform that will yield reports that are more powerful, flexible, visual, and interactive than ever before.
An Outlook-like navigation control, reengineered report categories, and designated "Favorites" and "Most Recent" folders will give users quick and intuitive access to the information they seek.
New reports will be released over the course of the next several months as we extend the reporting capabilities for outcomes, metrics, and goals.
Access to our latest version of Report Center is currently available on your TraxSolutions website. If you're interested in learning more, please contact nFocus Software Client Support, register for a Reports training, or download the Report Center documentation.

New Manage Users Functionality
TraxSolutions now allows you to deactivate and create new users. You can now deactivate a Trax user if an employees leaves your organization or no longer requires access to TraxSolutions and create new users for new hires.
